A Citizens' Toolkit for Bloomington and Monroe County residents is now available on-line at www.citizenstoolkit.org.

The Humanetrix Foundation, Inc., a Bloomington-based not-for-profit organization, designed it to make voting information and voting itself easier and more accessible.

The site includes a clearinghouse of candidate profiles, questionnaires and interviews from various political parties, independent organizations and local media.

The "Poll-Finder" is the main attraction of the Citizens' Toolkit Web site, said founder Rick Dietz.

"You just type in your address, and out comes your precinct and polling place location, along with a map to find it," Dietz said in a prepared statement.
